Ruth Campbell, CCAM-PM, CMCA CID Management Solutions, Inc. Ruth Campbell has been a professional portfolio manager with more than 22 years of experience in managing all aspects of Common Interest Developments (CID’s). Ms. Campbell has managed over 40 associations throughout Ventura, Los Angeles, and Santa Barbara counties made up of condominiums, planned developments, gated communities, and mobile home parks.
Sean Kargari, RS Association Reserves-Gold Coast
Sean Kargari, RS Association Reserves-Gold Coast Sean joined Association Reserves, Inc. in 2003 after graduating from Cal State Northridge. He has since completed over 1,800 Reserve Studies for a wide range of properties including condominiums, luxury timeshare resorts, high-rises, schools, libraries, public municipal facilities, and religious facilities. For his expertise, he earned the Community Association Institute’s (CAI) Reserve Specialist (RS) designation and has the distinction of being RS #115. He also maintains a NV Reserve Study Specialist designation. Sean's experience includes projects across the lower-48 States, as well as abroad, including Spain, the United Kingdom, France, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Thailand, Macau, and Dubai. He currently oversees the production staff at our Los Angeles County office in Calabasas.
