David Swedelson SwedelsonGottlieb David Swedelson is a senior partner in the law firm of SwedelsonGottlieb that limits its practice and specializes in the representation of California community associations. Since beginning his practice of law in 1978, David Swedelson has represented hundreds of community associations throughout California in both litigation and as legal counsel, providing legal advice regarding association and board member responsibilities, maintenance and repair obligations, disclosure obligations, interpretation and enforcement of governing documents, and compliance with California Civil and Corporations Code sections applicable to community associations. David is also a principal of Association Lien Services, an affiliate of SwedelsonGottlieb that specializes in the collection of delinquent assessments throughout California utilizing the non-judicial foreclosure process. David is a longtime member of CAI, and has served on the National Attorneys Committee, a member of the Board and President of the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of CAI and a Board Member of the Channel Islands Chapter of CAI, as well as a Delegate and Officer of CAI’s California Legislative Action Committee.

Vaughn has been in the community association industry since 1988, and is owner of Concord Consulting & Association Services, a full-service association management company. Danita earned the PCAM designation in July 2006 and has her CMCA and AMS Designations. Danita has been a member of the Channel Islands Chapter of CAI serving on several committees over the years, served as Chapter President in 2014, and on the Board of Directors from 2009-2014.
